Broken/Damaged Jewelry Policy

Unfortunately, handmade, authentic jewelry, like all jewelry, can be broken or damaged. While we do everything we can to make it right for our treasured customers, sometimes it’s just not feasible. If you have an item that needs to be repaired, please fill out the form below. We will not reply to messages or requests on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, email, or personal platforms.

 

If your item becomes damaged within four (4) months of purchase, we are more likely to repair or replace. This is subject to the circumstances surrounding the damage or loss. Please keep the original stone should a setting become loose, as well as any and all pieces of the damaged item. We see more damage to jewelry from how it is stored and transported. Be mindful of how you care for your pieces as we cannot be responsible for damage that occurs due to negligence.

 

Please note inlayed stone pieces cannot be fixed. The way the stones are set makes them very fragile and vulnerable to any bending of the pieces. We can possibly offer you a discount on your next purchase. Message us for details.

 

Proof of loss will be required, and shipping of the damaged item is the customer's responsibility.

 

Any Navajo pearls purchased from CCC can be restrung, no matter the amount of time since purchase. Please keep all beads. Shipping will be the customer's responsibility. Turnaround time will vary but we do our very best to expedite these requests.
